Sales Manager
The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Dept, will be responsible for selling Digitec products – acquisition software and libraries – to assigned targets in Italy and abroad.
Main responsibilities:
Plan and organize the sales process in line with communicated company objectives.
Manage the entire sales process for the assigned target, based on the guidelines agreed with the Head of Commercial Dept, from the first contact to the signing of the contract, ensuring that it is adequately handled internally.
Coordinate internally with R&D colleagues for all integration activities necessary for the finalization of the sale.
Provide product demonstrations to customers with the technical support of the Product Specialist.
Maintain relationships with assigned customers, also with the aim of anticipating the evolution of their needs.
Act as the Key Point with assigned customers for orders, deliveries, and payments.
Provide accurate periodic sales forecasts for the assigned target.
Report internally on the progress of ongoing negotiations, also through company tools.
Stay constantly updated on national and international regulations regarding the commercialization of medical device software.
Participate in alignment and inter-departmental meetings when required.
Stay constantly updated on industry news and update colleagues.
Participate in industry fairs when required.
We are looking for candidates with:
A degree in International Trade, Economics, Engineering, or a similar background.
Proven experience as a Sales & Export Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of the medical sector.
Preferential background in diagnostics, particularly radiology.
Autonomy in customer management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Teamworking.
Availability to travel for most of the time.
